BIRTH certificates for Beyoncé and and Jay-Z’s twins have revealed more details about the babies including a Kardashian connection. The documents obtained by TMZ confirm that Rumi and Sir were born on June 13 and at 5.13am local time, with daughter Rumi being delivered first. TMZ also revealed that the doctor who pulled off the delivery of Beyonce’s twins is Dr. Paul Crane, the same guy who delivered Kim and Kourtney Kardashian’s 5 kids and Rob and Blac Chyna’s little girl, Dream.
According to the birth certificate ,Rumi Carter is the big sis and Sir is the little bro.They were born on– June 13 at 5:13 AM. Rumi came out first, and Sir followed shortly thereafter. The twins were not given middle names.
