Hard-working sound engineer and owner of Lynx Entertainment Richie Mensah, has revealed the secret behind his three artists Kidi, Kuami Eugene and Mzvee’s success.
He made the revelation to Showbiz. According to him, intensive planning is the major key to his success, a reason that keeps them making waves across the country and beyond.
‘Entertainment is mistaken to be just arts but it is actually a combination of arts and science. There are certain things you need to do to succeed and that is exactly what we at Lynx Entertainment do’.
‘We sit and plan. We draw a five-year plan, narrow it down to a one-year plan and then set monthly targets which we work hard to meet. We really plan and that works for us’, Richie added.
Richie is a very hard-working man who has managed artists like Asem and Eazzy before his current three.
We entreat all music labels owners to put to use the same techniques being adopted by Richie Mensah.
